June 2014 – Imágenes Computarizadas de Guatemala (ICG) went live with the Montran Automated Clearing House (ACH). The Montran ACH system provides the Guatemalan financial institutions with multiple clearing sessions and settlements throughout the day and supports the national initiative for IBAN account structure standardization. As part of this implementation, Montran developed and launched two new products required by the Guatemalan financial institutions, participants of the Guatemala CCA; the Montran Payment Portal and the Montran ACH Integrator. The Montran Payment Portal provides the Guatemalan financial institutions with a solution where their clients can enter electronic ACH payments on-line. The Montran ACH Integrator provides the Guatemalan financial institutions automated ACH file format creation and return processing with direct interfaces to their Core Banking Systems.
