[New York, NY] – Montran, a leading provider of Payment and Capital Market Infrastructure solutions and services for many of the world’s foremost financial institutions, announced today that Pramod Tamhane has joined the company as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective March 15, 2023.

Mr. Tamhane brings over 27 years of experience in finance and accounting to Montran, having previously held executive roles across Information Technology and Software companies. In his new role, he is responsible for overseeing Montran’s financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, and accounting.  In addition, he will help identify opportunities for expansion into new regions as Montran continues to grow.

Mr. Tamhane completed Executive Education in Finance at Cornell University and holds an MBA from University of Pune.
